Class:
Social stratification that is based on both birth and individual achievement.
·
Social
Stratification: Divisions within society that privilege some at the expense of
others. This is a trait of society, not individual differences; it is
generational.

Structural
Inequalities: The bias that is built into the structure of organizations,
institutions, governments or, social networks. Structural inequality
occurs when the fabric of organizations, institutions, governments or social
networks contain an embedded bias which provides advantages for some members
and marginalizes or produces disadvantages for other members.

Progress is based on ability and talent rather than on class privilege or
